GMC RV’s – For Reliable and Durable Motorized RV’s

GMC RVs were first built in the year 1973, and were even then quite ahead of their time. The company builds motorized RV products like motor homes. Their motor homes were not only sleek, but also had a low gravity center. The GMC motor homes were the first motor homes that were tested in wind tunnels.

Of the 13,000 GMC RVs that were built, 8,000 still exist on the road today, which only shows their durability. The GMC Custom was a motorized custom recreational vehicle which was designed to be entertaining. This RV had a customized exterior and interior. Some of the interior features of this motor home included surround sound, flat screen television, suede interior, a built in cooler and bar.

The GMC Custom also had motor coach white leather seats as well as custom lighting. This recreational vehicle measured around 26 feet in length and belonged to the Class A motorized product type. It was powered with the help of a fuel engine. The GMC Custom had two separate air conditioners. This RV did not have any awnings for the exterior.

The GMC Royale is another popular motorized RV from GMC. This motor home measured around 26 feet in length. This motor home was beautifully engineered and also had a distinctive styling. The Royale model had a rear and side bath floor plan which had fully equipped and spacious interiors.

The GMC Royale had solid and rich walnut cabinetry, lounges and dinettes which were comfortable and could convert to bunks and full size beds. The kitchen area had a stainless steel double sink, a four burner range which had an oven as well as an optional food blender and microwave and a 10 cubic feet refrigerator.

The GMC Royale also had an air suspension, a front wheel drive, rear tandem wheels as well as cruise control which made this motor home a responsive, smooth and quiet ride. Its safety feature included four air bags located in the rear, an air storage tank with compressor, an AM/ FM radio with CD player as well as steering gears and pump. These GMC RVs also had a deluxe storage box of aluminum which had a bike rack mounted on the back.
